Mr. Senthil graduated from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore in BE (Mechanical) during the year 1985 and did his Masters in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, New Jersey, USA between the year 1987-1989. He specialized in CAD/CAM engineering.

He started his career as a design engineer with a company called TEXTOOL, where he worked between 1986 and 1987. On his return from US after completing his Masters he joined HCL in the CAD/CAM division taking on various roles in Technical Support, Product Management and eventually marketing. He worked with HCL between 1989 and 1995. His deep understanding of the high-end CAD/CAM requirements of the industry from the technology, user and commercial point of view, convinced him of an emerging paradigm shift and a new business opportunity in the area.

Senthil co-founded EDS Technologies in 1995 and played a key role in developing new markets and creating partnerships for the company. He conceptualized CAD/CAM as a solution to help organizations implement their end-to-end engineering services successfully and has since been at the helm of some of the best corporate implementations in India. EDS Technologies is now one of the largest software solutions providers in India and is expanding their footprint globally as well. Amongst his many interests he is regular in running events and he is also an avid Trekker. He has summited Mt. Kilimanjaro which is the world’s tallest free Standing Mountain at 19,341 feet.

Mr. Karthikeyan is a thought leader driving industry innovation and technology adoption for manufacturing organizations accelerating their business transformation. He has a rich experience of more than 35 years of engagement with the manufacturing industry. He was associated with Ashok Leyland early in his career, working in multiple departments and projects where he built much of his domain experience. He had a short stint with BPL Ltd before joining EDS Technologies to drive the technology focus and customer engagement vision. In EDS Technologies for over 25 years, he has worked extensively with hundreds of organizations to help them transform their digital landscape right from their product development, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise-level collaboration. He has helped develop advanced in-house competencies to elevate customer engagements in technologies and application areas such as 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, DELMIA digital manufacturing & robotics, SAP, EOS 3D printing, etc. In his role as the Chief Technology Officer in EDS Technologies, he leads and guides the entire technical team – pre-sales, post-sales, custom application developments to offer superior customer experiences of the highest quality.

Mr. Ravi started his career in Mini Tech Computer Services as a sales executive and then moved to EDS Technologies. Ravi joined EDS Technologies in the year 1995 and now holds a position of Chief Strategy Officer in the company.

A sales professional with 20 years of hardcore experience is responsible for Business forecasting, strategic planning, coordinating with Principal Partners and identification of new opportunities in leveraging the IT solutions to the Indian Market. At EDS Technologies, he has moved rapidly from the position of Sr. Sales Executive to Head of Sales, within a period of 8 Years. From a dedicated Sales person he has climbed the corporate ladder within a short span of time. A Bachelor of Technology in Electrical & Electronics Engineering by qualification, Ravi is a multi-faceted professional.

As a part of the senior management team, he is currently working on innovative products and ideas to lead EDS Technologies on a higher growth trajectory and to make a foray into new business domains by leveraging the core strength of the organization.
