Job Description:

• Application Support role
• Provide high quality customer services including technical pre- and post-sales support, consulting services, and training on EDST portfolio.
• Installation of software procured by customers, solving technical issues and troubleshooting skills.
• Team player with good Interpersonal skills.

Competencies required and Primary Skills:

• Good training delivery skills (Online and Onsite).
• Customer relationship building skills and ready to perform in customer pressure. Ready to travel, prepared to occasionally work out of working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience with any CAD software such as CATIA, Unigraphics, PRO-E, Solidworks etc.
• Working with automotive, industrial equipment, or aerospace OEMs/Tier 1 Suppliers
•  2+ years of experience in 3D CAD Software like CATIA, UG, PRO-E.  Strong fundamental concepts of CAD/CAM/CAE.
• Good clarity expected on core engineering concepts including drawing reading, GD&T, design etc.
• Should have product design/ development or tooling domain knowledge from any one of the domains like plastics, sheet metal, seating’s, Forging, BIW Fixture design etc.

Qualifications: BE/ ME/ M.Tech. 

Experience: Between 3 to 4 years
