With the rapid growth of the global population and urban centers, traffic congestion is becoming a bigger challenge. Urban Air Mobility offers a solution, and electric vertical take-off and landing vehicles (eVTOLs) are the most efficient and environmentally sound choice with low emissions.
While several companies are developing eVTOLs, no one has yet dominated the market. The first to succeed will gain a significant advantage in publicity, investment, and recognition. However, challenges like noise, battery limitations, safety, and air traffic management remain. With 40 years of aerospace technology experience, Dassault Systèmes is uniquely positioned to help eVTOL manufacturers overcome these hurdles as they work to Reinvent the Sky.
