GEOVIA user conference was organized by Dassault Systèmes  on 5th Oct 2018 in Kolkata, the theme of the one-day event was to explore technical concepts and strategies within the user community and also introduce new technologies from Dassault Systèmes that aims to transform mining operations in innovative ways.

The event was an excellent avenue and an opportunity for all mining, geology and mineral industry related practitioners to network, share their knowledge and experiences with respect to the best practices in exploration and mine development. Th event was attended by more than 100 professionals from Mining Industry and saw various technical speakers and customer presentations throughout the day.

Mr. Samson Khaou, Managing Director Dassault Systemes India started the event with his opening speech where he emphasized on the future of the Mining Industry in India and the latest technologies which the industry can use to explore in a better way.
