EDS Technologies hosted Seminar on Mining solutions in Hospet

The latest in the series of "Model & Simulate our Planet with GEOVIA" seminar was hosted in Hospet, which focussed on software applications for geology, mine planning (SURPAC & Minex), mine scheduling (MineSched), strategic mine planning (Whittle) and how these could be used by mine operators. There were lot of representations from many mining companies in Hospet. This seminar provided a great platform for interaction and sharing of thoughts and ideas among geologists, consultants, mines owners with technical experts from EDS Technologies. They shared insightful information on increasing efficiency and productivity of mines. The participation, discussion and feedbacks were very positive and we plan to hold similar session on other mining belt across the country in the coming months.
