License Statistics is a web-based license monitoring and reporting tool which provides you with all the essential information you need to see exactly how your licenses are being used on all your servers wherever they are in the world. License Statistics can be used for monitoring and gathering license usage statistics in real-time or for importing existing data gathered from license server log files, for example FlexNet encrypted report logs.

The latest release of License Statistics includes many improvements that give you more control over viewing your usage statistics information in the License Statistics web pages. You can now:

  • Sort and filter data in columns
  • Save your custom settings between sessions
 
With these new features, you can focus in on data that's most important to you. For example, you can view only license servers in the dashboard, and minimize the other areas that show most utilized features, expiring features, etc., as shown below.
 
 
You can sort the statistics data displayed in grids by clicking on the column heading you want to sort by. Also, most columns can be filtered by specifying search criteria. The grid is updated on the fly as you type the search criteria, so you may only need to type the first few letters of your search criteria to see the results you want.
 
 
You can toggle column visibility on and off, so you see only the statistics that are of interest to you, in the order that you like. You can also reorder columns, by simply clicking and dragging them to the desired location in the grid.
 
 
Your custom settings are saved between sessions, so when you log out and log back into License Statistics, you won't need to redo the changes you made to your views and columns.
