This release also fixes a number of bugs, including:
Some command line options would cause crashes in applications built using the Microsoft VC++ 10.0 compiler
Setting the RTIambassador creation arguments in the DtDirectRtiAmbassador would cause a crash
Federates built with the VC++ 10.0 compiler in debug mode would crash when creating an RTIambassador
The code generator was not correctly producing HLA Evolved code
Fixed inconsistencies in the use of the terms "Federate Name" and "Federate Type" in HLA.
