myV5 offers a very simple and consistent graphical user interface (GUI) to launch CATIA V5 for all platforms. The user simply selects the CATIA release, the environment and the desired add-on application(s). The easily configured user management system defines everything from permissions to license environments - depending on the customer and the user.
Today CATIA has to be customized after the installation. Each CATIA version and add-on application needs to be launched and supported separately. This ends up with lots of icons on the user’s desktop. Especially for suppliers, working in different environments, this is causing a lot of administration effort.

myV5 is handling different permissions for users, user groups and computer. The configuration is very flexible and transparent. The use is extremely easy for the designer. myV5 is available for interactive mode, but can also be launched as a batch mode.
