EDST hosts “Achieve Engineering Excellence” seminar in Faridabad and Neemrana in September 2017

The latest in the series of “Achieve Engineering Excellence” seminars were hosted in Faridabad and Neemrana in September 2017. This seminar was hosted near to industry area in Faridabad and in Japanese industrial zone in Neemrana. The seminars focussed on showcasing of the latest enhancements of software applications for product design (CATIA), engineering simulation (SIMULIA) and digital manufacturing (DELMIA) and how these could be harnessed for engineering excellence. This seminar provided a good platform for interaction and sharing of thoughts and ideas between the users, department heads from various companies and technical experts from EDS Technologies. Mostly participants were specialists from NPD, R&D, Process Engineering departments and were very enthusiastic to know about the new developments in CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM area. The conference also had a session on the 3DEXPERIENCE platform from Dassault Systemes and how this new platform can be easily adapted for any role for multiple users in various automotive and manufacturing industries to bring out overall engineering excellence.
