Dassault Systemes organized its annual 3DEXPERIENCE forum in Bengaluru on 12^th September and in Mumbai on 14^th September. EDS Technologies (EDST) partnered with Dassault Systemes in these forums. The theme of the forum was transforming business through digitalization. Over 35 speakers and 1200 attendees including top C-level executives, business decision makers, government officials participated in the conference. 3DEXPERIENCE forum highlighted the global trends in digital transformation and how Dassault Systemes through its 3DEXPERIENCE platform is enabling companies to transform. Mr. Samson Khaou, Managing Director, Dassault Systèmes India in his inaugural speech laid emphasis on how digitalization will have a significant impact on the macroeconomics of the country. Ms. Monica Menghini, EVP and Chief Strategy Officer, Dassault Systemes, explained how platforms are immersing the world with their imposing nature. Mr. Bernard Charles, Vice Chairman, and CEO, Dassault Systemes discussed how the current world is not sustainable-“Humans take too much and provide too less. Everyone has to collectively find new ways to innovate to provide to people. The true value creation is in bringing people and society together.” Mr. Gaurav Gupta, Principal Secretary to Government, Department of Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka was the keynote speaker for 3DEXPERIENCE Forum 2017 in Bengaluru. In his address, he described a gamut of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence and data management that are enabling the world to manage problems related to health and education. The keynote at the Mumbai edition of the 3DEXPERIENCE Forum 2017 was delivered by Mr. Vijay Sethi, CIO and Head Corporate Social Responsibility at Hero MotoCorp Ltd. He illustrated how digitalization and transformation are synonymous.

There were lot of interactions at the EDST booth where we discussed on how customers can leverage on Dassault Systemes solutions with our industry know-how and solution expertise. There were interesting gifts for those who participated and won at 3DEXPERIENCE playground activities organized by EDST at our booth.
