As part of CSR initiative from EDS Technologies, CATIA training was offered to select students of engineering colleges in Bangalore. The training was organized from 10th to 16th August 2017. This initiative was done in order to provide students with an exposure to the technology being used for product design by leading engineering companies in India and abroad. Skills like this helps students to unlock their career potential in a highly competitive job market.
Students from colleges such as Amrita University, Bangalore Institute of Technology, University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Vemana Institute of Technology attended this training. The students were chosen based on merit, economic background and other criteria set by EDS Technologies and the participating colleges. Students were extremely satisfied and provided feedback as being very informative and interactive.
EDS Technologies would be conducting similar programs with participating colleges in the future.
