- Should have 3 – 5 years hands on experience in technical support for Dassault Systemes
- Should possess very good communication and presentation skills.
- Should be open for travel to client places within and across the regions.
- Should be responsible for post sales technical support like software installations, trouble shootings and customer training deliveries etc.
- Should be able to handle pre-sales activities like presentations, demonstrations, POC or Bench markings etc.
- CATIA V5/V6 Basic and Advanced Modules, ENOVIA 3DEXPERIENCE Platform/ENOVIA centrals, V6 Academia
- DS software licensing administration.
- Hands –on experience in delivering V6 Academia/ENOVIA installations.
- Hands –on experience in managing customer sites for DS Software licensing administration.
- Consultative approach in understanding customer requirements and proposing right solutions
