| EDS Technologies organized CII Training program for students of under privileged category for employability enhancement at EDST Training Centre, Bangalore |

EDS Technologies in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Bangalore has initiated a training program in collaboration with VTU, Belgaum to enhance the employment opportunities for Mechanical Engineers of under privileged category. The training program was delivered at EDS Technologies Training Centre, Bangalore.
CII Affirmative Action panel in Karnataka believes in direct involvement in training and placement assistance for deserving under privileged category students. This is to plug the academia-industry demand gap and contribute to the overall ' Make in India 'ambition.
Sessions on day one was addressed by Mr. K.V.Ravi Kumar,National Manager-Technical Training from EDS Technologies about the CII Training Program, Career Planning followed by Mr.Lingabhat, AGM(HR) from L&T who explained about the necessary skills required by the industry and also discussed job opportunities.
