EDS Technologies and Autodesk participated at the 6th International Conference on Advancements in Polymeric Materials with the theme of marching towards smart product design & development with multi-functional materials that was held at National Science Seminar Complex, Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India from 20th to 22nd February, 2015. EDS Technologies, direct value added reseller for Autodesk Design and Simulation Moldflow in India was the Silver sponsoror for the conference.
APM2015 was an International Forum where researchers, industry experts and students from across the country presented their projects and innovations and had opportunity to discuss the main aspects and the latest results in the field of polymer science & product development. The general aim of the conference was to promote international collaboration in Education and Research in polymer science and product development. More than 1000 delegates from different countries participated at this event.
Mr. Kannan Ramakrishnan –Regional Manager, EDS Technologies presented during the conference on the topic “Autodesk Simulation Moldflow and Autodesk Composites Advanced Materials Exchange” taking the research ahead in which he discussed about the upcoming advanced features of Autodesk Simulation Moldflow 2016 which includes mold ejections, path flow lines, FEA data interface, fibre orientations etc.
The presentation was highly appreciated by the attendees as it was not only a knowledge sharing session but an interactive session too.
