EDS Technologies hosted Autodesk Moldflow Seminar in Chennai
EDS Technologies, India's largest CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM/ERP solution provider and Autodesk Direct Reseller in India, hosted a Seminar in Chennai on the topic "Do More with Plastics" on 13th August 2015 at Hotel Ambica Empire, Chennai.
The seminar had participants from almost all leading OEM’s, Plastic Manufacturer and Tooling industry in Chennai. The first of its kind Moldflow seminar was conducted in Chennai and thanks to the overwhelming response from the customers and prospects. The event was inaugurated by Dhruba Aditya, National Manager of Autodesk India, with the presentation on “Evolution and Transformation of Autodesk”, which was much thought provoking presentation followed by Kinsuk Koley presentation on Moldflow, Kinsuk is our Technical Manager, West, a Moldflow enthusiast and carries 12 year of experience in Moldflow analysis.
Mr Rajesh Kumar from L&T shared his success story and explained how Autodesk Moldflow helps their company in taking the right design before manufacturing any plastic components. Mr.Kulandaivel Palanisamy, Moldflow Analyst at Valeo, Chennai also shared his Moldflow work experiences with right from his engineering days -how Moldflow helped to overcome the various problems with respect to plastic design and manufacturing.
Discussion on metal to plastic conversion, Challenges in plastic design and manufacturing and few other interesting topics where covered during the seminar. Overall it was a huge gathering and interactive session.
